Contact & requests

Send feedback or report a bug without signing in.

Exegetical is an independent project operated by Kenneth Robertson. For support, privacy questions, accessibility feedback or community concerns, use the private in-app request form.

Open private request form →

You must sign in so a request can be associated with your account. If you are not signed in, that link opens the sign-in flow. After signing in, return to this link, or open My account → Edit profile & privacy → Privacy controls → Send a privacy request. Choose Support, Privacy, Accessibility or Abuse. Message and profile report buttons can include the relevant person or message automatically.

What to include

Describe the issue and the action you are requesting. Provide only the details needed to understand it. Do not send passwords, API keys, government identifiers or unrelated private information. Reports and requests are stored privately for manual review by the operator, with no guaranteed response time.

Public bug reports

For general technical problems that do not contain personal information, you may open a GitHub issue. GitHub issues are public; do not use them to post account information, private notes, messages or abuse reports.

Account and data controls

You can edit your profile, turn off discovery, block someone, export your information or delete your account directly in Privacy controls. See the Data collection & privacy notice for details. Do not use this request form for emergencies.
